Datacomm Networks 25 Years Warranty
Warranty Duration
Datacomm Networks Cabling Solutions provides the end-user with a 25 year system performance assurance and product warranty for telecommunications cabling systems that use Datacomm Networks cabling products and approved cable exclusively and are designed and installed in accordance with the Datacomm Network Cabling solutions specification by authorized Datacomms Networks Cabling System designers and installers.
Product Coverage
Datacomm Networks Cabling Solutions warrants that each of its connectivity products is, at the time of delivery to the customer, free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 25 years from the date of completed installation.
Remedy
Datacomm Networks Cabling Solutions shall, at its sole option, repair or replace any non-conforming product, including the cost to reinstall such non-conforming product provided the work is pre-authorized by Datacomm Networks Cabling Solutions and carried out by an approved installer.
System Performance
Datacomm Networks Cabling solutions guaranties that the warranted system shall perform to the transmission performance applicable to the appropriate cabling Category and/or Class for the installed channels as specified in the published editions of ANSI/TIA/EIA 568 and/or ISO/IEC 11801 current at the time of the installation.
Limits to the Warranty
No warranty is made with respect to a product if:
- Such product has been subject to unauthorised repair or alteration.
- Such product has been subjected to negligence, accident, misuse, abuse or improper storage.
- Such product has been supplied by any party other than those authorized to do so by Datacomm Networks Cabling Solutions.
- Such product has been proved to be counterfeit.
